90g of loose leaf tea

Directions of use

Have one a day, or even two, if you like to treat yourself. Put 3g ( approximately one teaspoon ) of loose tea into a tea filter, and simply pour 200-300ml of hot water over it. Infuse it for 3-5 minutes before drinking.
